Our existing clients

We may hold the contact details of clients including email addresses on our computer network inhouse, this information is for the purpose of day to day managing of our clients, including the use of email to send re-occuring invoices and to send license keys to the client so that they can use the software systems provided by us that they have paid for.

We may also use a client's contact information for marketing purposes, but only for those clients that have given us permission to do so, a client can request to be added or removed from any such marketing by contacting us. If we feel that a client may benefit from a service that our partners provide, we may pass contact information such as a name, phone number and or email address to our partner, BUT only with the prior permission from the client, this can be verbal.

On occasion, if a client experiences any technical problems with our software, we may connect remotely to a client's computer to assist, sometimes it is nessesary to to take a sample copy of the clients data for diagnostic testing, this data is only available to key personnel within Zalion, it is only placed on an encrypted hard drive and all such data is then purged when finished with.

Changes of Control and Business Ownership

Zalion may at some point in the future, expand or make changes to its business, this may involve the sale of part of, or all of the company to other parties. Data provided to us by our clients will be passed to the new owner or party for the purposes of providing a continued service to our clients.

If any such event was to occur, our clients will be informed in advance of any changes being made.
